Campus facilities

Recent, multimillion pound investments on campus mean you'll have access to modern facilities, whatever activities you do. From teaching and learning provisions, to food and drink outlets and gym equipment, we want to provide you with the best spaces possible.

Teaching and learning spaces

Our teaching spaces range from specialist labs and industry-standard studios to classic lecture theatres and seminar classrooms. Whatever you study, you'll learn in dedicated facilities for your course, often using the latest equipment and techniques.

Library

Our library spaces are one of the most visited places on campus. Our students have helped design them to ensure they're the vibrant study hubs you'd expect. We have four library spaces: Library at Murray, Library at Pasteur, Library at David Goldman, and St Peter's Library. All offer extensive opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and vacations.

Our libraries offer a range of flexible environments including bookable study rooms. You’ll also find PCs, printers, and over 300 student laptops located around campus, which are available for you to borrow.

The Library Customer Support Team are on hand to support you with your queries, both on campus and through our 24/7 live chat – LibraryTalk.

Food and drink outlets

There's plenty of options for eating and drinking on campus, whether you're sitting down to lunch between classes, or grabbing a coffee for a catch up with friends. Our provider, Elior, use locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients, and offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives.

The Studio is our main food venue at City Campus. At the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter's, you'll discover our other main eatery, The Riverside. Both provide modern and spacious seating areas and serve up a wide range of food, as well as a plentiful offering of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There are also several smaller cafés at both campuses, which are great for a quick bite to eat when you're on the go.
