Online enrolment
Once you receive your Confirmation Letter, you can enrol online through MyApplication. The Confirmation Letter is sent to your personal email address that you used for your application. Therefore, if you are using an agent, it may be sent to them. Enrolment opens approximately four weeks before your course begins – don't worry, we’ll give you prompts along the way.
Online Enrolment takes around 5–10 minutes and lets you confirm your personal details, course information, and funding so you're all set up and ready to go.
You’ll then receive your University User ID, giving you access to a wide range of resources, including your What Next? Checklist to show you what else you need to do to get prepared for University life.
In-person enrolment
You'll find the Enrolment Hub on the Ground Floor, Gateway Building at City Campus.
Our Enrolment Hub is split into two key zones to help you during your first few weeks. Here you'll find:
- Enrolment Zone – if you have not yet completed online enrolment, you'll find friendly staff here to help guide you through the online enrolment process and beyond. We have laptops ready and waiting and will be able to guide you through the online enrolment process.
- Enquiry Zone – home to Gateway Enquiries and Digital Services, in this area you'll find staff ready and waiting to help you, no matter what your enquiry is.
