Andrew Johnson

Prior to working at the University, I spent many years teaching and leading in primary schools across the UK. As well as having served as a primary headteacher, I have also worked as a school improvement officer focusing on early career and leadership development.

Alongside my university role, I continue to work across the UK as a School Improvement Partner, coaching as well as facilitating and delivering leadership training, and supporting governors with headteacher/principal recruitment and appraisals.
