I have worked at the University for 12 years. My primary interests are in creativity and learning and development.
I have a PhD in Creative Learning and explored the long-term benefits of teaching creative techniques and the impact they have on individuals and workplace processes. The research explored the transfer of creativity techniques from the classroom to the workplace.
I am a member of several creativity special interest groups and the HE Creativity Forum.
