Lucy Stainsby

I trained as a geography teacher many years ago and worked in outstanding schools in the UK, Kuwait, and Kazakhstan as a teacher, Head of Department, and Director of Studies. I have always enjoyed helping teachers to improve their practice and being responsible for CPD and teacher training.

I now work as an Assistant Programme Leader, Personal Academic Tutor, and Module Leader for PGCE students, supporting their learning worldwide. I also assist with the overall International Initial Teacher Training, PGCE iQTS (DL) and Assessment Only Route to QTS courses as a subject specialist. It's a privilege to help new teachers develop their skills and become lifelong learners themselves.
