Roisin is currently partner at DWF Law LLP. She specialises in employment law and has worked in this field across the north-east, having first come to the region to undertake her legal practice course.
Roisin chairs the People and Remuneration Committee. She joined the Board in 2018 and was appointed Senior Independent Governor in 2025.
