Lecturer in Physiotherapy
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I specialised in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and worked most of my clinical career in a large acute NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, I have worked in professional sports as well as private practice. Recently my career path has taken an academic turn. I now enjoy sharing my clinical experience on BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and BSc (Hons) Sport and Rehabilitation Therapy at the University.
Clinically I worked with a varied MSK caseload but developed a particular interest in managing ACL injuries and led on developing rehabilitation pathways. I am keen to continue expanding this interest in my role at the University through teaching and potential research.
