Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Practice

I'm a Senior Lecturer with the Paramedic Science team. Prior to joining the University, I worked for an NHS ambulance trust as a clinical education officer delivering a variety of prehospital related medical courses. I am a registered paramedic with the Health Care and Professions Council with extensive prehospital experience.

I work clinically as an Urgent Care Practitioner for a local NHS trust. I have experience of working as an expedition medic in countries such as Cuba and Honduras.

I'm currently studying for my MSc in Emergency and Resuscitation Medicine and have a keen interest in resuscitation, medicine and remote care.

Teaching and supervision

I currently teach as part of the wider Paramedic team on BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science and Out of Hospital Care.
