Senior Lecturer in Sport Rehabilitation Therapy and Conditioning

I am a Sport and Rehabilitation Therapist, Educationalist and Clinician. I have worked in various clinical and leadership roles in elite sport and private practice following a 14 year career in business and finance. Clinically, I have a particular interest in the holistic management of back pain and the athletic shoulder; from an educational perspective, I am particularly interested in student experience and engagement and the anatomical sciences.

I have been working in higher education for 10 years and have taught across a wide range of subjects and professions which has allowed me to develop and lead several degree programmes. I have undertaken research projects in learning and teaching, with a primary focus on the student experience and student engagement as well as several action research activities in digitally enhanced learning.

My postgraduate education has related to the anatomical sciences and my current research is examining the transition from technology enhanced learning to cadaveric anatomy.
