Get a taste of studying Social Sciences at university! This event is only for students in year 12 and 13. It is ideal for those who are currently studying Social Sciences, or are considering to do so at university.

This session focusses on the subjects of Criminology, Sociology, Health and Social Care and Policing.

Given the recent changes within society, there have been a multitude of changes that have had an impact across society. One noticeable area that is of growing concern are issues surrounding Mental Health and Wellbeing, which has impacted upon people from all walks of life. Academics from the four mentioned Social Sciences subjects will discuss a topical issue relating to their discipline.

The purpose of our discussions is to open young minds to debate, and help students to understand how we can collectively change our futures.

This event is open to students in year 12 and 13. We are accepting both group bookings from teachers and individual bookings from students.
