Reserved parking is available for corporate and VIP visitors to the University on a first-come first-served basis. There are eight bays at City Campus adjacent to the Gateway building and three bays at the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter's in the east car park, adjacent to the Media Centre.
These bays can only be booked for:
- Corporate visitors
- External visitors to the university
- Press
- Deans/Directors attending meetings on the opposite campus. Please note that your vehicle must be registered to park at the University and parking must be paid for
- Unpaid Visiting Lecturers/tutors
Please note that executive parking requirements will be allocated as a priority in periods of high demand.
Bays cannot be reserved for:
- Contractors and suppliers
- External Examiners and trainers
- Staff or students
- Deans/Directors on the same campus
- Interviewees
- Paid Visiting Lecturers/tutors
Please note, spaces are not available for general staff or students even if they are not reserved.
All spaces must be booked in advance by a member of university staff using the Reserved/Corporate Parking booking form. Please ensure you select the appropriate campus.
