Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 you can ask the University for information held about you as an individual by completing a Subject Access Request Form and emailing it to dataprotection@sunderland.ac.uk or posting it to the Data Protection Officer, University of Sunderland, Room 402, Fourth Floor, St Peters Gate, Charles Street, Sunderland, SR6 0AN. The University will normally have 40 days to respond to the request.
