We welcome discussion and feedback from all users and will ensure where possible that requests, views and preferences are taken into account when developing the service and providing quality childcare.
Daily communication between parents and staff is the most direct way to pass on your comments, although other methods are available. Comments slips are available on the main notice board as are details of the ways in which to contact Ofsted. More information is available within the Childcare Centre Information document which will be provided to you.
We will also provide newsletters and questionnaires. It is important to the Childcare Service that parents make use of the opportunities to provide feedback.
