Logging in
To log in to the e:Vision Agent Hub:
- Go to the login page(opens in new tab)
- Enter the username we sent you via email
- Use the temporary password (sent in a separate email), which is valid for 72 hours.
Once logged in, you'll be prompted to change your password to something memorable. If your Hub is already set up, these details will have been sent to you previously.

Submitting an application
Apply links
Once logged into the Hub, you'll have access to a full list of online apply links showing all courses currently open for applications.
- Use the search function to quickly find the course you need
- If a specific course or intake isn't listed, please contact us for assistance.
You can submit applications on behalf of your students directly through these links. Each application will be automatically connected to your agent account, allowing you to track progress in real time. The overseas office you work with will also have visibility of your applications.
Applicant details
When completing an application, please ensure you:
- Enter the applicant’s details exactly as they appear on their passport
- Provide the applicant’s personal email address (not your agent email). All communication, including confirmation of account registration, will be sent directly to the applicant, with you copied in.
After submitting this section, click 'proceed'. You'll then be given an application ID. Please make a note of this ID, as it must be quoted in any enquiries about the application.
You can then continue completing the online application as normal.
