With less than a month to go, the University of Sunderland is getting ready to celebrate the opening match of the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 alongside the rest of the city.

All eyes will be on Sunderland as the Women’s Rugby World Cup kicks off with England v USA on 22 August at the Stadium of Light.
