Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a dynamic collaboration between a university, a business, and a graduate, and can offer a unique way to kickstart your career while making a real impact.

To apply for a KTP, you’ll usually need a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject. Some roles may also ask for a master’s or PhD.Find out more by visiting our KTPs page.

Information for international graduates

If you're an international student, you may be exploring options for staying and working in the UK after you graduate. Once you've completed your course, you're able to work up to your visa expiry date, and you must ensure you leave the UK by this date to avoid becoming an overstayer.
