Overview

Your data is required in order for you to receive an information pack about being a Patient, Carer and Public Involvement participant and arrange an interview. We will hold your data for two months or until your successful application is complete.

Your data will be held on a spreadsheet with information detailing when information packs are sent out and any follow up actions, including a date of the initial enquiry and then two months from the date of the initial enquiry. If we have not heard from you we will remove your data after two months. If within the two months period you have been interviewed and been offered a casual worker contract, your data will be removed once relevant paperwork has been completed.

Please note as you have provided consent, you are able to withdraw this consent at any time. To do so please email fhsw-pcpi@sunderland.ac.uk.
