What you'll study

You’ll cover a wide range of topics on the course. These will help you reflect on your professional experience and learning. You’ll explore the theory behind practice and use it to think about evidence-based research in your work. You’ll also question and make the most of your continuing professional development (CPD).

How you'll learn

We deliver the course online over ten weeks through this structure:

  • Week one: Introduction to the module
  • Weeks two, four, six, and eigh: Independent study via our Virtual Learning Environment. This contributes to the development of your portfolio
  • Weeks three, five, seven, and nine: Two hours of online learning covering a range of topics
  • Week 10: Portfolio submission.
