You can enjoy riverside views at Panns Bank and Scotia Quay. Meanwhile, The Precinct is within walking distance of City Campus. Prices start at £90 a week.
All three residences are less than a mile away from our two campuses and the city centre. They all offer free transport, so you'll be in easy reach when you need to get to class.
All our accommodation is self-catered, featuring fully equipped kitchens and on-site laundry facilities.
We offer options for you to choose from, including living with friends, in a single-gender flat, or in a single-culture flat. There's also family and couples' accommodation available (space for two adults and a maximum of two children).
We also run the Trusted Landlord Scheme and work in collaboration with a small group of landlords in the city. This offers you alternative accommodation options, with the reassurance that providers work closely with the University. All the Trusted Landlords within the scheme are committed to meeting the standards we expect for our students.
