Our three university-managed residences include Panns Bank and Scotia Quay, both with riverside views, and The Precinct, which is within walking distance of City Campus, with prices starting at £88 a week.
Located less than a mile away from our two campuses and the city centre, all three residences offer free transport, so you'll be in easy reach when you need to get to class.
All our accommodation is self-catered, featuring fully equipped kitchens and on-site laundry facilities. We offer options for you to choose from, including living with friends, in a single-gender flat, or in a single-culture flat. We also have family and couples' accommodation available if you’re coming to the University with your partner and/or children (space for two adults and a maximum of two children).
