The level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship will help support you in developing working as a business administrator or progressing towards this role. It has been designed to embed a highly transferable set of knowledge and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors.
You will develop your communication skills, interacting confidently with customers, suppliers and team members. You will also learn to make effective decisions using sound reasoning and plan and organise workload to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
The apprenticeship will also look at behaviours that will enable you to drive and achieve all aspects of work, be open and approachable, flexible, proactive and promote organisational values.
This apprenticeship will consist of an 18-month on-programme training and development to support you when learning the requisite skills, knowledge and behaviours to complete a varied role to a high standard.
This will be demonstrated by a portfolio of evidence and you will actively take part in a combination of blended learning activities, including group workshops, 1 to 1 coaching, workplace mentoring and shadowing, and online learning, contributing to the 20% off-job training allocation.
As well as providing a portfolio of evidence throughout the apprenticeship, there is also an End Point Assessment (EPA) that gives you the opportunity to demonstrate what you've learnt and apply the required knowledge, skills and behaviours via:
Understand how your work benefits the organisation and how learning preferences, feedback mechanisms and self-development can support your career.
Consider organisational purpose, aims, and values, complaint resolution and decision making.
Develop your knowledge of team dynamics, developing and sustaining productive business relationships and how to use coaching to develop team members.
