To access the e:Vision Agent Hub, head to the log-in page and use the username you were sent via email.
A temporary password will have been sent to you in a separate email, which is valid for 72 hours. After logging into the Hub, you'll need to change this to something memorable. This will have been sent to you if your Hub is already set up. If you've lost your password or have any other issues logging into e:Vision, please email us at international.office@sunderland.ac.uk.
Apply links
Once you're logged into the Hub, you'll see a full list of our online apply links, which shows all courses that are currently open for applications. You can use the search function to find the course you're looking for. If you can't find a certain course or intake, please contact us so we can advise when this will be available.
You can use these links to submit applications on behalf of your students, which will automatically be linked to your agent account where you can track their progress. The overseas office you work with will also have an overview of your applications.
Applicant details
You'll need to provide details of the applicant as shown on their passport. You'll also need to provide their email address (please don't use your agent email address). All communication will be sent to the applicant and you'll be copied in, including the confirmation of the account registration.
Once you've completed this, click proceed, and you'll be provided with their application ID. This is what you'll use when making any enquiries about the application, so it's important to make a note of it. You can now proceed with completing the online application as normal.
Using the dashboard
The Hub can be used to track which stages your students are at in the application process, which can be found in your summary dashboard. This breaks down your applications by academic year and intake, where you can then see the state of each application. You can also view applications by group.
Once you click on an intake/offer, you'll see all the applications that fall under that criteria. This is particularly useful if you know a student's offer status and want to access their application quickly.
On the right hand side of the student list, you'll have the option to view what stage the student is at and their offer letter, as well as a link to contact the International Admissions team to discuss the application.
Using the checklist
The checklist icon will be an important feature for agents, as clicking on this will allow you to check the list of outstanding documents required in order for a student's offer to become unconditional.
The top section will include all immigration compliance checks, which vary from country to country, and are added by our Immigration Compliance team. If the checks for your student aren't showing, please contact immigration.compliance@sunderland.ac.uk.
Each check will show a different status:
- A green tick means the check is complete
- A yellow clock means the check is pending (a form has been submitted and is awaiting verification)
- A red circle means the check is not complete or nothing has been submitted.
Uploading documents
The second section will be for uploading students' academic documents and qualifications. You can upload these when the upload button is present in the right hand column. If this isn't available, please email the documents to international.office@sunderland.ac.uk.
To upload a document for either the academic section or the immigration compliance section, click upload. You'll then be redirected to a screen where you can add documents that are saved on your computer.
