Course summary

This course is for people who want to top-up a Foundation degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management (or equivalent) to a full honours degree. It covers both academic theory and practical skills. We have set modules for top up rather than optional modules.

How you'll learn

You'll be taught by passionate academics who produce world-leading and internationally excellent research, and throughout your degree you'll have one-to-one support from academic staff.

A typical week for you will include lectures, seminars, tutorials, open and resource-based learning, and supervised project and group work. There's an emphasis on developing independent study skills. You'll also have opportunities to present ideas and information to other students and also develop concepts and analyses within groups.

Undergraduate fees are set according to rules from Government in line with forecast inflation. The fee for your first year of study for 2026/27 will be £9,535. You'll pay tuition fees for every year of study. Fees may increase every year based on the Retail Price Index.
