Why Sunderland?

We’re a small city with a big impact. Choose Sunderland and you’ll be choosing a community that knows your name, challenges you to grow, and supports you every step of the way.

Our city is changing fast. Over £400 million of investment is transforming Sunderland into one of the north-east’s most exciting places to live, study, and build a future. A city by the sea and on the rise.
