About Dr Laura Nelson
I am a Lecturer in Tourism and Events with a PhD in wellbeing, festivals, and events. I am Deputy Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management, and module leader for various tourism, hospitality, and events modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I'm a first-class BA (Hons) Events Management graduate from the University with a distinction in MSc Tourism and Events. I'm also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
