About Dr Laura Nelson
I'm a Lecturer in Tourism and Events with a PhD in wellbeing, festivals, and events. I'm also Deputy Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management, and module leader for various tourism, hospitality, aviation, and events modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I am a first-class BA (Hons) Events Management graduate from the University with a distinction in MSc Tourism and Events, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
