Senior Lecturer in Leadership
I joined the University of Sunderland in March 2021 after many years working at a senior level in the private sector as a Learning and Development Specialist. In that time I have worked at a local, national and international level designing and delivering development programmes across all areas of business including leadership and management. My main areas of focus are:

- Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 Accredited Practitioner)
