Faculty Academic Support Lead (Law and Tourism)
I have worked at the University of Sunderland since 2016, in the Faculty of Business, Law and Tourism. I joined the academic team in 2020 before becoming the Faculty Academic Support Lead for Law and Tourism in 2022. I am responsible for developing, leading, and evaluating university and faculty academic support initiatives that improve student retention.
Before my new role in the academic team, I spent the last ten years working as a Personal Assistant. I have worked in both the public and private sectors and have a broad knowledge of operations within organisations.

Teaching and supervision
I support students and staff in Law, Hospitality, Events, Aviation, and Tourism. I currently work part-time to enable me to study for a PhD.
