Lecturer and Adult AESIP – Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship

I originally joined the University as an Academic Tutor in 2022. I fell in love with the university's ethos, energy, and vibrancy and decided to move away from the clinical environment.

As a qualified nurse, my background was in emergency medicine in the A&E department. I have over a decade of pre-qualification experience working in the private health and social care sector in various roles, both of which I remain very passionate about.

I recently completed my Master of Education here at the University, focusing my research and dissertation on a sense of belonging.

Teaching and supervision

I am an adult trained nurse and teach the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship. I teach across all five years of the programme, at Levels 4, 5 and 6.

I am a dissertation supervisor and AESIP.
