Senior Lecturer - AESiP

I joined the University of Sunderland as a Senior Lecturer on the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship in 2022.

Teaching and supervision

My current roles include joint module leader for Holistic Nursing in Practice, Personal Tutor, Dissertation Supervisor and Apprentice Educator Supervisor in Practice.

Research interests for potential research students

I completed and achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Mental Health Nursing degree in 2012 from the University of Birmingham. 

I have since gained over 10 years clinical experience in various inpatient and community settings including staff nurse, clinical lead nurse, liaison nurse, advanced nurse practitioner and non-medical prescriber.
