Want to help save the planet? Eating more veggie food is a delicious way to do your bit for the environment and we have just the meals for you right on campus!

As more people look to make lifestyle changes, eating veggie, even if it’s just one day a week, is increasing in appeal.
National Vegetarian week aims to show that vegetarian food can be vibrant and exciting to eat. Vegetarian diets are also naturally low in saturated fats, and cholesterol and have been shown to reduce heart disease risk. What’s more, data shows conclusively that vegetarians suffer less disease caused by a modern Western diet such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, obesity type 2 diabetes.
Our catering outlets The Studio and The Riverside will be offering a different vegetarian option as the main dish of the day every day this week.
