Yes. The University offers a childcare service for the children of students and staff.
Full-time and part-time childcare is available for children aged between birth and five years, and playscheme places are available during school holidays for children up to 12 years.
All childcare staff are professionally qualified and undergo a health check and all necessary clearances from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Full-time students with children under 15, or under 17 if they have special educational needs, may also be eligible for a Childcare Grant from Student Finance England.
The grant doesn’t have to be paid back and is paid on top of your other student finance.
