Course summary

Our MBA (Supply Chain Management) is designed for ambitious professionals aiming for senior leadership roles in logistics, operations, and beyond. As one of the most respected business qualifications, it prepares you for success across a wide range of industries, from manufacturing and retail to consultancy and entrepreneurship.

This specialist MBA pathway focuses on supply chain management, giving you the expertise to build efficient, ethical, and sustainable supply networks. It’s ideal for those looking to fast-track their careers in general management or supply chain-specific roles.

What you’ll benefit from:

  • Industry-led modules with real world application
  • A specialist focus on supply chain strategy and operations
  • Guest speakers from top organisations, with previous visitors including Mike Clasper (SSP Group Plc) and Alice Rowen Hall
  • International opportunities, including study abroad and short programmes (visa permitting)
  • Strong career prospects, as graduates now work at Nissan, Nexus, the NHS, and in their own successful businesses.

Developed in collaboration with employers, the course goes far beyond textbooks. You’ll gain practical skills through group challenges, guest lectures, social events, and opportunities to work with local businesses, all within a diverse community of future leaders.

What you'll study

Modules

Many of our courses include a range of modules you can choose from. Some of these options may only be available if you’ve already studied specific required modules. If you’re not sure what you need before picking a module, your course leader can help.

Postgraduate module credits should total 180. If optional modules are available alongside core modules on your course, you should choose an amount that totals 180 credits.

How you'll learn

You'll submit an assessment for each module to ensure you can progress. Assessments are coursework based and take a variety of forms. From written reports to academic posters, each assignment will test your ability to apply your learning in the classroom to real-world problems. The course culminates with a research project, which is a single, major piece of work on a topic of your choice.

Compared to an undergraduate course, you'll find that this master's degree requires a higher level of independent reading and research.

Please note, this specialist MBA route is available for October starts only.
