This level 7 online module will explore concepts that will help you to explain and evaluate professional behaviour. You will be encouraged to investigate the impact of your behaviour in the workplace, the impact it has upon your professional success as a strategic leader, as well as how it effects the performance of the organisation.
You will learn to diagnose, plan and execute appropriate actions that positively impact your ability to gain and sustain effective collaboration with a range of partners.
These sessions will take place online via Microsoft Teams.
The module will critically explore leadership models and how these are influenced by organizations. This will involve critical and evaluative self-analysis of your personal and professional development as a strategic leader.
You will consider your identity as a leader and explore the values, motives and goals for developing and enhancing strategic leadership. You will develop intra- and inter-personal awareness through critical reflection and reflexivity and will evaluate your leadership style in terms of the impact on others and the organisational context. This will be achieved through engagement with cutting-edge research in your area of leadership. You will be encouraged to interpret policy into research-evidenced practice in areas relating to leadership and management.
