Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management

I have worked at the University for just under ten years, my primary interest is in Learning and Development.

I have submitted and awaiting examination of a PhD in Creativity in the Business Curriculum titled Creativity - Classroom to Workplace.  I am a member of the Creativity SIG and the HE Creativity forum.



Teaching and supervision

I am Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management, I am personal tutor and teach a variety of undergraduate modules, supervising Dissertation, Learning and Development, Applied Professional Practice and Introduction to HRM and Learning and Talent Development.

At postgraduate, I am responsible for supervising management reports, reflective practice and Learning and Talent Development.

Research

I undertake research on the effectiveness of Creative interventions on students, and the longitudinal impact to the students once they return to the workplace.
