Course summary
Compared to our core Business and Management BA, this course has a greater focus on skills and knowledge related to marketing. These include:
- Marketing management
- Planning and strategy
- Marketing communications
- Consumer behaviour
- Internet marketing.
It's also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). This gives you exemption from its first two levels of study and certain modules at the Professional Diploma level.
The course focuses on professional and personal development from a range of perspectives. This includes addressing elements of ethical, sustainable, responsible, and digital business practices. We work with industry to shape experiential learning elements throughout the course, and enhance your learning through digital and technological approaches.

Integrated Foundation Year
This course is available with an Integrated Foundation Year, an extra year of your degree. This route offers a supportive way of transitioning into university study. It may be suitable for you if you:
- Have valuable work or life experience but no formal qualifications
- Are returning to education after a break
- Want to change direction or explore a new career path
- Have just missed the entry requirements for the three-year course.
