Home / About / Accommodation / Scotia Quay

Scotia Quay was voted Student Hall of the Year in the North East Student Hall Housing Awards (NESHA) 2016.

Scotia Quay is our only residence offering ensuite facilities in every bedroom from £95.50 per week.

The flats here accommodate five people, and you’ll find each one is self-contained with a study bedroom including a small fridge and its own shower and toilet facilities.

You’ll also share a kitchen and lounge with your flatmates. Scotia Quay has the benefit of providing self-contained one bedroom flats for either established couples or single students who prefer a quieter living environment.

Free car parking and bicycle storage for residents!

“I would recommend anyone studying at Sunderland to live in student accommodation! I’ve made some amazing friends here and have loved the feeling of living in a community. I received great support from Accommodation Services, which made moving away from home a lot easier. Metro and bus stops are close by so it’s really easy to get to and from uni, and also into the town centre!”
