Apply for your accommodation through our online application portal, following these steps:
Include personal information such as your email address and student application number (found on your CAS/study offer letter).
A unique validation code will be emailed to you instantly. If you fail to receive your validation code, please check your spam/junk folders, or contact email@example.com.
Once you receive your validation code, log into your account (you only need to use your validation code when you first log in). Keep your login details safe as you’ll need them to check the progress of your application.
Add your choices of accommodation and any additional information you would like us to know. You'll receive a confirmation email once you’ve submitted your application.
Accommodation Services allocates applications in accordance with our allocation policy. If you are holding an Unconditional Firm (UF) or Conditional Firm (CF) offer, you’ll receive a room offer via email within seven working days.

Finance balances can be checked by logging into e:Vision.
If you choose to pay by any non-online payment methods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to send us a copy of your receipt (bank transfer) or your unique code, which will be given to you by Student Finance via telephone.
