A stunning riverside location from £85 per week. The accommodation is located over two areas; Hart Court and Douglas Court, and if your child chooses to live at Panns Bank he/she can also opt for a river view.
Loft style and dormer rooms give a contemporary feel with sloping ceilings, but some have a height restriction in place. Each flat in Panns Bank accommodates between five and seven people and your child will share kitchen, dining, toilet and shower facilities. Each bedroom comes with a washbasin and vanity unit.
Scotia Quay
Scotia Quay offers ensuite facilities in every bedroom from £108.50 per week.
The flats here accommodate five people, and your child will find each one is self-contained with a study bedroom including a small fridge and its own shower and toilet facilities.
He/she will also share a kitchen and lounge with his/her flatmates. Scotia Quay has the benefit of providing self-contained one-bedroom flats for either established couples or single students who prefer a quieter living environment.
