Wellbeing support

We believe wellbeing is at the heart of your student experience. We're mindful that university can be a challenging time, requiring you to juggle many different responsibilities.

While at Sunderland, you will always have access to wellbeing and mental health resources, information, and support.

What wellbeing support is available to me?

We have a wide range of support available to make sure you feel happy and healthy throughout your time with us. We have a dedicated team of wellbeing professionals, alongside 24/7 support whenever you need us.
