Laura Pritchard reflected upon her placement experience with Marks & Spencer and was amazed to see how much she developed both personally and professionally during that time. Laura's confidence has grown as a result of her placement as she was able to test, demonstrate and develop her skills, and look back to identify her progress along the way.

I always knew I wanted to undertake a placement year as part of my programme, however, I was unsure as to the type of role I was looking for.

Being open-minded about the opportunities available allowed me to research and apply for a variety of roles, some of which I had never considered before but took interest in throughout my placement search."
