Learn from an experienced GP with a wealth of knowledge in the field of women’s health and contraception. Cover all aspects of intimate female examinations. Learn more about common benign abnormalities found and when to take action.
This workshop will cover all aspects of intimate female examinations. You will look at the chaperones as a resource, dignity and medicolegal issues. You will also be covering breast examinations and how to advise patients of self-examination, female genital examinations including use of a speculum. As well as that, you will learn more about common benign abnormalities found and when to take action.
This course is suitable for practice nurses and health care assistants.
This half-day workshop is part of a series delivered by Dr Julie Oliver, who has a wealth of experience in women’s health and contraception.
